Group Meeting

Today we sorted out what days and the time we will be filming and trying to figure out when the actors and dancers are able to film on those days we finished up the call sheets as well as telling dancers what they have wear for the shoot in the studio at college.

Group Meeting - Talent release forms AND Location Release Form (PRE PRODUCTION)

Today as group we discussed the talent release form and organising who has signed and who hasn't we then noticed that we had all the talent release forms and location forms that is needed, the gathering scene will be shot at Rochelle's house (group member) not to many people will attend we will film it in a tight screen to make it packed. Today's meeting was important because we needed to group together to get the information we got separately.

Group meeting StoryBoard Update (PRE PRODUCTION)

Today we finished the storyboard and these are all the shots that will happen in different locations we have explained that every shot will cut back to different scenes that will be filmed in the studio at college and the dancers will be filmed as well in there. We have showed Akon bit and the shots that he will be taking as well and we have discussed as group what shots we will be taken on and maybe adding in any additional shots as well, as a group we all know what we want to do in the music video also adding shots in from the storyboard.
